Droves of people made their way by both land and sea to Sandys Boat Club to take part in the last big event for the holiday weekend — the annual Non-Mariners Race. The race, or more correctly the “non-race” sees objects fashioned into watercraft take to the water, with most sinking within minutes.
Another float played on the “JetGate” controversy, with the over-sized Dunkley’s Dairy milk carton listing the ingredients as $350,000 missing; 1 Jet; 6,000 PRC, 3 Resignations, 1 NonGaming vote.
